Rules: payouts run monthly by ACH; a PTA needs a W-9 (or nonprofit EIN letter) and verified bank details before release; amounts under $25 roll into the next month; each PTA gets a monthly statement listing gross, fees and its share.

Platform staff manage the whole system at /api/platform/*. School and family admins only ever see their own data at /api/admin/*. Two-step sign-in is required for every platform role.
Feature flags
Accuracy under 65% or any report flags a question for review. Edits create a new version; kids mid-quest keep the version they started.

Every sign-up becomes a case with a formal checklist. Steps marked “waiting on them” need the family, teacher, room parent or PTA to act; everything else is on us. A case is flagged as stuck after 3 days without movement.
